Associate Professor Elizabeth Bates is a world leading academic in intimate personal violence and domestic abuse against men. Her presentation will cover the latest trends, literature and lived experiences of those men and their children who are victims and survivors. The latest Office for National Statistics show that 1.5 million men in England and Wales are victims every year and that it will effect one in five men at stage of their life.
