‍He shows a real understanding of and compassion for the challenges and solutions facing so many young men today, and his intervention is timely with male NEET numbers reaching a 14-year high

Sir Gareth recognises the need to reform the education system to provide greater emphasis on vocational education, increasing apprenticeship opportunities and finding  more male mentors
