Stuart Manifould is Chief Executive of The Dome Youth Zone in Crewe, leading the development and delivery of a state-of-the-art youth facility set to open in 2026. With more than 20 years’ experience across education, sport, and community development, Stuart has built a career focused on creating inclusive, high-quality opportunities for young people to thrive.

Stuart’s professional journey began in education, as a teacher, head of department and assistant headteacher, where he developed a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing young people and the systems that support them. He has since held senior leadership roles across the sport and community sectors, specialising in strategy, operations, fundraising, and place-based development.

As CEO, Stuart is responsible for The Dome’s strategic direction, operational readiness, partnerships, and fundraising, working closely with trustees, local stakeholders, and national partners. The Dome Youth Zone is part of the OnSide Youth Zones network, a national charity supporting best-in-class, locally led youth facilities that provide safe, inspirational spaces for young people across the UK.
